Planning Skills - 20 minute neighbourhoods

With Scottish Government stating their support to local government to deliver 20 minute neighbourhoods, hear more about the ambition behind the approach, how these areas are being defined internationally, how they apply to the Scottish context and what role everyone involved in spatial planning has in delivering the ambition. Also included is a summary of a recent assessment of City of Edinburgh’s Local Development Plan policy approach to reduce health inequalities and deliver net zero carbon emission targets.
